This bedhead unit is constructed from American white oak veneered birch plywood and features a full height bookcase accessed from behind the unit as well as cantilevered shelves above. A cavity behind the upholstered bedhead provides space to run cables for built in lighting and power sockets.

Shown in the photo above is the bookcase that forms the back of the bedhead unit. 25mm European birch plywood with an American oak veneer has been used.
