This desktop is constructed from macrocarpa grown on the client’s family farm and has been finished in a dark hard-wax oil.

A thick slab of timber was resawed to build the top allowing the grain in the centre boards to be book matched.
Macrocarpa Folding Desk

This folding desk was built for the same client and is also constructed from macrocarpa with a dark hard-wax oil finish.

It folds neatly away against the wall freeing up space when need be.
Rimu Desk

This L shaped desk is constructed from reclaimed rimu. It was built to exactly fit the client’s office space to maximise the workspace available.

The rimu was reclaimed from roof joists removed from a commercial building.
American White Ash Desk

This desk has been built into a dedicated space in a bedroom. It is constructed from American white ash and has undermounted drawers.

The grain along the drawer fronts has been matched from a single piece of timber. Satin brass knobs have been used.
